Attend the Meetings of the VOW Campaign, Public Consultation Meetings and the Planning Meetings of South Norfolk District Council.

Meetings

Planning Meeting - Tuesday 17th August.

The application for 400 houses at Carpenter's Barn, is to be heard by WTC Planning Committee on Tuesday 17th August at 7pm at the Fairland Hall, Wymondham.

Please, attend if you can and your voice opinion


The public consultation respecting the South Norfolk Council 'Site Specific Locations' for Wymondham will take place as follows:

a) Waitrose between 9am and 6pm on Saturday 4th September.
b) Fairland Hall between 2.30pm and 8pm on Thursday 30th September.
It would be a good idea to have a look at locations and ask questions of SNC Officers - and complete any feedback forms.

VOW Campaign Meetings:

Meetings will be held every two weeks at Wymondham Baptist Church, Queens Rd. at 7.30pm, on the following Thursdays

24th June, 8th July, 22nd July, 5th Aug, 19th Aug, and every second Thursday thereafter.

Everyone affected by the proposed development should have a say, and there are things that everyone can do:

1.  Write to Wymondham Town Council, letting them know your views and how the development would affect you. These views can be used by the Town Council to formulate a response when the planning application for the development is submitted.

2. Visit us at the Farmer’s Market. We have a regular stall at Wymondham Farmer’s Market where you can meet us, find out more information, and sign our petition against the development.

3. Come to our meetings. We hold regular public campaign meetings in Wymondham, the next meeting will be held at...

4. Get involved! We are always looking for new people to help with the campaign, and would love to hear from you if you could assist in administrative/secretarial tasks, or have experience or contacts in local government, planning, IT, printing, fundraising, public relations etc.
We will also need volunteers to distribute leaflets and posters, and help with petitions.
